Booking & Payments

1. How do I apply for the retreat?

Click Apply to Attend Our Retreat, choose your dates, complete the application, and secure your space through our payment gateway. A team member will follow up personally.

2. What is the price of the retreat?

 $4,000 per individual or $7,500 per couple. This includes the full 5-day experience, lodging, meals, shuttle, and all programming.

3. Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A deposit reserves your space, with the balance due prior to arrival. Details are outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

4. What is your cancellation policy?

We understand life happens. Cancellations made within the policy window will receive refunds or credit toward a future retreat. Please review our Terms & Conditions for specifics.

5. Do you offer scholarships or discounts?

We occasionally provide community support opportunities. Reach out to inquire about availability.

Travel & Transportation

6. Where should I fly into?

 Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is the most common choice. Flagstaff Pulliam Airport is also available.

7. Is shuttle service included?

Yes, round-trip Saha Shuttle service is included from both Phoenix Sky Harbor and Flagstaff.

8. What times are shuttles available?

Shuttle times are arranged with your arrival and departure. Our team will confirm your schedule after booking.

9. Can I drive myself?

Yes, though most guests use our shuttle to fully relax into the retreat experience. Parking is available at the Lantern Light Inn.

Accommodations & Venue

10. Where will I stay?

At the Lantern Light Inn, a peaceful boutique inn in Sedona with cozy rooms and serene gardens.

11. Do I share a room?

Guests may book as individuals or couples. Solo travelers are typically paired with another guest unless single-room arrangements are requested.

12. Are children allowed?

This retreat is designed for adults seeking a focused experience. It is not suitable for children.

13. Is there internet or phone service?

Yes, though we encourage limited use. This retreat is about presence and unplugging from distraction.

Meals & Dietary Needs

14. What kind of meals are provided?

Two nourishing vegetarian meals daily, plus snacks and trail lunches on hiking days.

15. Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes. Please indicate your needs (vegan, gluten-free, allergies) during application and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

16. Is lunch included every day?

On hiking days, trail lunches are provided. On other days, guests are free to explore Sedona cafés mid-day.

Retreat Program & Activities

17. What does a typical day look like?

Morning meditation, yoga, nourishing meals, guided hikes, workshops, restorative evening sessions, and closing circles. See the Daily Schedule for details.

18. Do I need to be experienced in yoga?

 No. All practices are guided with compassion and are suitable for all levels.

19. What kinds of yoga will we practice?

Dynamic vinyasa, restorative/yin, nidra, heart-opening flows, meditation, sound baths, humming practices, and Deeksha blessings.

20. What hikes are included?

Bell Rock, Cathedral Rock, Boynton Canyon, and West Fork Trail — each chosen for beauty and spiritual resonance.

21. How strenuous are the hikes?

 They are moderate-level hikes, accessible to most guests. We encourage good walking shoes, water bottles, and comfort at altitude.

22. Are workshops included?

 Yes. Topics include Oneness philosophy, meditation, journaling, and reflection circles.

Packing & Preparation

23. What should I bring?

Comfortable clothing, layers for Sedona’s shifting weather, hiking shoes, refillable water bottle, sunscreen, journal, and an open heart.

24. Do I need my own yoga mat or props?

No. We provide mats, blocks, and all necessary materials.

25. How should I prepare before arriving?

We recommend light journaling, gentle movement, and setting an intention for your retreat. Our team will also send a welcome packet before your trip.

26. What is Oneness?

 Oneness is the direct experience that all life is interconnected and sacred — a truth we explore through meditation, breathwork, and community.

27. What is Deeksha?

Deeksha is the Oneness Blessing — a sacred transmission of grace that softens separation and awakens higher states of love, peace, and joy.

28. What if I feel nervous or out of place?

That’s natural. Many arrive as strangers, but leave feeling deeply connected and supported. Our guides hold space for every guest’s journey.

29. Can I attend just one class or day?

No. The retreat is designed as a complete, immersive journey. We do not sell single-day or drop-in sessions.

30. What if I’m not spiritual or religious?

That’s okay. Our practices are about presence, peace, and connection. You don’t need to hold any belief system to benefit.

Policies & Safety

31. Is the retreat safe for solo travelers?

 Yes. Many guests come alone. You’ll be warmly welcomed into a supportive, intimate group

32. What if I have medical concerns?

 Please consult your physician before travel. Light to moderate yoga and hiking are included; let us know of any limitations.

33. Is alcohol or smoking allowed?

 We encourage a substance-free retreat to honor the body, mind, and sacred space.

34. What if the retreat is full?

 You may join our waitlist or apply for future retreat dates.
