Rooted in India, Risen in Sedona

Meet Your Guides on the Path of Oneness

ABOUT US

Our Origin

Saha Yoga was born from a sacred pilgrimage to Ekam Oneness in India — a living transmission that reshaped our family, our work, and our way of being. We now share these teachings in Sedona, inviting you into presence, peace, and unity.

Brittney Nimtz

Sedona native, mama, and healer. Her studies through the Oneness program in India deepened a lifelong devotion to guiding others into a state free from suffering.

Who We Are

Christopher Nimtz

Husband, father, and student of awakening. Transforming loss into service, he now creates spaces for effortless meditation, healing, and love.

Our Values

Presence. Compassion. Humble Service. Nature as Teacher.
We move slowly and listen deeply — to the land, to the breath, and to each other.

Our Lineage: Oneness

Oneness is not an idea — it’s direct experience: the realization that all life is one sacred field. In our retreats we practice meditation, breath awareness, mantra, humming, and Deeksha (Oneness Blessing) to soften separation and open the heart.

  • Humming for group coherence and calm

  • Mantra rounds (Hamsha • Soham • Ekam)

  • Deeksha as a humble channel of grace

How We Guide

Our approach is gentle and grounded:

  • Conscious Breath to return to the now

  • Heart-centered practices to expand love and clarity

  • Integration circles and reflective closing to seal the journey

Note: We offer the full retreat experience only — not individual drop-in sessions.
