Our first Saha Yoga Sedona retreat begins February 13th, inviting you into a Valentine’s Weekend experience of yoga, meditation, and conscious connection in the heart of Sedona. Designed for those craving a true reset, this intimate retreat offers a spacious, grounded environment to reconnect with yourself, your partner, and a practice you can genuinely take home.

Day 1 – Arrival & Grounding

  • Saha Shuttle pickup from Phoenix Sky Harbor or Flagstaff

  • Check-in at Lantern Light Inn with light refreshments

  • Opening Circle (intention setting, introductions)

  • Gentle evening yoga to release travel tension

  • Silent meditation with mantra chanting under the stars

Day 2 – Awakening the Body

  • Sunrise meditation + dynamic vinyasa flow

  • Breakfast and guided hike (Bell Rock or Cathedral Rock)

  • Rest & integration time

  • Evening yin & restorative yoga + yoga nidra

Day 3 – Heart Expansion

  • Sunrise Metta meditation (loving-kindness)

  • Heart-opening yoga flow

  • Guided Boynton Canyon vortex hike

  • Workshop: Oneness Philosophy & Self-Inquiry

  • Evening sound bath + restorative yoga

  • Reflection circle and journaling

Day 4 – Inner Stillness

  • Silent outdoor meditation

     

  • Slow, mindful yoga practice

     

  • Long hike: West Fork Trail with snacks and mindful walking

     

  • Rest or optional spa

     

  • Deep yin yoga for hips & lower back

     

  • Candlelight chanting and meditation
  • Gratitude meditation + sealing yoga flow

     

  • Closing Circle (group blessing & integration)

     

  • Check-out and Saha Shuttle return to airport
