Rooted in Sedona, Rising in Spirit

We’re Christopher and Brittney Nimtz — born and raised here in the red rocks of Sedona, Arizona. For over three decades, these canyons have been our playground, our classroom, and now, our sanctuary. Sedona has always been known as a spiritual place. But for us, it’s not the crystals or the vortexes that made it sacred. It’s the journey that brought us back home — to God, to love, and to ourselves.
As we grew older and began raising our family, we started seeking something deeper. We tried a few churches, explored the healing arts, and like many, we searched outside of ourselves for peace. The real shift came after my mom passed away. That loss cracked us open. Meditation became a lifeline — not to escape the pain, but to understand it. Through stillness, we learned to observe the mind — the endless thoughts, fears, and stories — and in that awareness, we began to see what stood between us and true communion with God.
Over time, we found our spiritual home at Journey Church in Cottonwood. It wasn’t about perfect doctrine or performance; it was about connection. We realized that anxiety, depression, and suffering weren’t enemies to fight, but invitations to listen — to let God show us what was blocking the signal. So much of life’s noise comes from trying to find God out there, when His essence is already here — within the breath, the silence, the gratitude.
And that’s the heart of Saha Yoga Sedona.

We’re not here to hand you a crystal, light some sage, and tell you “love is all there is.” Life is real — messy, beautiful, heartbreaking, and divine all at once. Our practice is about learning to navigate from within — to clear the pipes of communication between the self and the Source. The ego doesn’t disappear; it just stops running the show.

Saha Yoga isn’t just about poses or mantras. It’s a daily walk with Christ consciousness — gratitude in motion. We weave together meditation, yoga, and the teachings of Jesus, creating a space where truth is felt, not forced. You’ll find both silence and laughter here, devotion and freedom. You’ll find your breath again.

Because enlightenment isn’t in Sedona — it’s wherever you are, when you’re fully awake to it.

So whether you’re a local or visiting from across the world, welcome home.

Here, we rise together — rooted in the red rocks, and lifted by the One who made them.
